WEEKLY CHECK INS
We will do a weekly check-in where you fill out a form on how your week went and I will follow up by messaging in our training app or by email. You can also message me at any time! We will do video chats/phone calls on an as-needed basis.
We will work together to make sure that your training and nutrition plan fits your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals. I will make adjustments to your plan as needed.
USER FRIENDLY APP
Your plans will be uploaded to a user friendly app and web site that you can access through your devices!
